This green bean casserole takes mere minutes to prepare and only 25 minutes to bake, making it the perfect side for any casual dinner. It’s also very easy to double the recipe for larger gatherings or holidays! It’s a personal favorite of mine for weeknight dinners.
2 cans cut green beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Soy Sauce (I add a little more for an extra kick)
Dash of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in an 9×9 baking dish, then bake for 25 minutes or until top is bubbling and golden brown.
**If you prefer a crunch on your casserole, add your favorite crispy onions as a topping!
