This week I’ve been crazy busy packing up my Houston apartment, but yesterday I got a lot done!

I grabbed lunch at one of my favorite Houston eateries, Tiny Boxwood’s, with my good friend Nina of The HSS Feed. We then headed over to BHLDN (which I had yet to peek into) to pick out a dress for her sister’s wedding. I was quite literally blown away by all of the amazing pieces in there! I fell in love with several items including the feather skirt and lace dress shown above, as well as these adorable lace shorts. The entire store is a bride-to-be’s (or bridesmaid’s) dream, but I’m neither and had a ball looking around.

Last night I got a little fancier for my friend Hilary’s birthday dinner, donning my new Ann Taylor necklace – it’s such a gorgeous color and matches my H&M blazer perfectly. Just the right touch of glam to dress up a somewhat casual outfit. Unfortunately, it sold out very quickly online, but check your local Ann Taylor store to see if it’s available!
