A couple weekends ago, Elizabeth and I planned a lunch to try out the new food truck hot spot in Dallas – as you can imagine from the following photos, lunch turned into a fun afternoon with friends, food and great weather. Most of it is outdoors, so it’s perfect for patio-weather days (my favorite)! You can always expect to see a lot of cute pups and kids, so if you’ve got ’em, bring ’em! The Truck Yard is right across the street from the new Trader Joe’s on Greenville – head over there next weekend if you have a few free hours!

When I lived in Austin, Texas, I was blown away by the quality of food on the trucks there. The best thing about it too – dining al fresco. You make me want to return to Texas :)
