Sometimes it’s nice to just roll out of bed and already have a simple, easy outfit planned for the day. No frills or unnecessary accessories, but something comfortable and relaxed. I always pull out my go-to OTTE blouse when I’m feeling this way. It’s an essential nude shirt that looks pretty with anything and everything in my closet (and it’s on sale!). Something I realized after I purchased this cool animal-print Thakoon Addition coat last fall, is that I don’t own a ton of brown. I have my trusty Stuart Weitzman boots and my calf-hair bag from Gigi New York, but that’s pretty much it for cocoa-colored pieces in my closet (I tend to gravitate towards black). I struggled with what to style it with for a while, but I find it goes with a lot more than I imagined. Because I own so many nude and cream pieces, it really blends well with those. It’s a fun everyday coat that adds a little more glamour than my usual outerwear. The coat is available here in a few sizes, but I’ve found a few similar options for you as well! What a fun coat! I’m finding that relaxed blouses and slim pants are really my go-to work favorites. It’s just so easy and always looks pulled together.
