A designer I admire and have been craving a piece from for what feels like forever is Mary Katrantzou. Known for her loud prints and incredibly feminine silhouettes, Mary’s pieces are coveted by the fashion elite. Even before meeting the designer last year at a luncheon at Neiman Marcus, I’ve been on the lookout for Mary’s stunning collections to go on sale. Her designs are so luxe that they are very out of my price range, but when I saw this skirt got marked down during NET-A-PORTER’s End of Season Sale, I knew I had to have it. The a-line skirt has the most beautiful landscape photographic print incorporating light and feminine colors for spring and summer – the pink and blue remind me of a soft sunset. Pretty, right? I wore this skirt last week dressed down with these sandals and this flutter-sleeve top. Definitely a piece I’ll be wearing all summer long!
