- Last but not least, I wanted to mention a really-freaking-cool trunkshow that’s happening on One King’s Lane this week. I’m sure many of you are already familiar with Gray Malin, but if not, he’s an incredible photographer well known for his fly-over photographs of beautiful beaches and other destinations, as well as abstract photographs of everything from balloons and llamas to Prada Marfa. Lately he’s been doing a lot of really cool collaborations, but the one I’m most excited about is his partnership with renowned surf company, Almond. Together, the company and photographer created one-of-a-kind surfboards featuring Malin’s work! These surfboards are not only a sleek and chic piece of art but are also 100% surf-able. Wouldn’t they look awesome as decor in a beach house? Dreamy. These surfboards would make the perfect (albeit expensive) gift for the avid surfer, too.
