As you probably saw from my gushing on Instagram throughout my London trip, I cannot say enough good things about The Knightsbridge Hotel. I had originally planned on staying in a flat via AirBnB, but when Krystal joined the trip, we decided it would probably be easier just to find a cute hotel in a great area. Under the hotel group Firmdale Hotels and designed by hoteliers Tim and Kit Kemp, The Knightsbridge Hotel is a chic but quaint boutique hotel located in the posh neighborhood of Knightsbridge. Literally a block away from Harrod’s and just steps further from even more luxury shopping on Sloane Street, it’s the ideal location for your stay. Not only is it close to all the best shopping London has to offer, it’s also only a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park – I took advantage of this benefit multiple times during my stay. The fall foliage and crisp weather was perfect for morning runs throughout the massive park (photos from my Insta herehere and here)! Even while it’s in the midst of all the hustle and bustle London has to offer, The Knightsbridge sits on a very quiet street home to private residences – the ideal situation, if you ask me.

Each guest room at The Knightsbridge is decorated differently – ours had a gorgeous floral headboard with a matching tufted chair and dress form, which we used to hang our coats on, of course. Even the hallways were dressed to impress, in bright turquoise ikat prints! There were two common areas downstairs – the library and the drawing room, both with cool decor and a cozy fireplace. We used both spaces during our stay, either for breakfast, plopping down after a long day of walking for a rest, or for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the evening. The service at the hotel was also impeccable. I would highly recommend The Knightsbridge to anyone who is traveling to London – definitely a must! For more information on The Knightsbridge or any other of Firmdale’s properties, click here.
