Los Angeles Packing List | The Style Scribe

Even though it feels like I just got back from Utah, I now must retrieve my suitcase once again for a trip to Los Angeles next week! It’s been a couple years since I was last in LA – 2012 I think? Regardless, it’s been too long! I’m heading west to visit my friend Mara, take a break from the chilly weather in Dallas, and meet with some Cali-based brands while I’m in town. I go to New York so often, but I really want to start making the trek out to LA more – it’s now a super easy (nonstop!!) flight from Love Field and really, who can say no to the beautiful weather, decadent restaurants and fabulous shopping? I’m excited. While I’m not expecting beach weather, I am looking forward to leaving my big coats behind and opting for one of my latest purchases, this beige leather jacket. It’s a match made in heaven for the Givenchy sandals I picked up on sale last month!

I’m throwing in a few more light-knit sweaters and blouses, as well as my favorite high-waisted skinny jeans and Rag & Bone boots, but here’s what I’m packing:
