Happy Friday!! The sun finally started peeking out from behind the clouds on Thursday, so I’m hoping this will be the last outfit post with a gloomy backdrop! I have gone out of my way to get out of the house this week – I have a habit of being a little bit antisocial when the weather is bad or extra cold. That’s something I’ll need to be better about next year! Now that the sun is out and shining, it’s finally starting to feel like spring is here. And boy am I ready for it! As much as I love cozy sweaters and bundling up by the fire, there’s something to be said for bare legs, less layers and fresh air.
A piece that’s been a repeat offender all winter, and will also take me right to the edge of summer, is this Vince jersey boatneck top. It’s super soft, but thin. This top was the ideal layering tool when I was in Utah and New York, but it’s also pretty perfect worn alone! The boatneck neckline is modest (which I love), which also makes it a winner for work. This skirt is a find from my hop over to London in October – I had to get it taken in since I’ve lost weight since then (isn’t that the best?). It’s another good transitional number, don’t you think? I’m excited to pair it with my new crop top from Tibi and a cute pair of sandals when it warms up a bit more!

Simple and chic! Same, I’ve been a little anti-social with the cold weather too… I’d like to think of it as resting up for warmer and busier days :) have a great weekend! xo

As much as I love my denim, I can’t wait to wear skirts with no tights again! Love how unusual that ring looks, and your tassel earrings are on point! :)
You are just so pretty! I love you in an all black look. It’s so pretty in contrast to your light hair and skin. Have a great weekend.
