As much as I travel, it’s imperative I own comfortable flats. Boots are my go to (this pair, specifically) during the fall-winter seasons, but now that it’s warm out I needed a new pair or two.
The first pair I picked up is this silver pointy-toe flat by Nicholas Kirkwood. These flats are so comfortable, and the leather is pebbled which keeps them from looking beat up or scratched (because let’s face it, they’re shoes). I’m hoping they come out with a plain black version for fall as I’d love something super basic too, but this silver pair has been so fun for spring and I know I’ll wear them all summer!
I’ve also heard amazing things about Chloe’s scalloped flats! I’m thinking about picking up a pair in nude or black. Both would be closet staples, and if they’re as comfortable as people say they are, these flats would be ideal for my European adventures this fall.
If you are looking for a pair of travel flats that will be comfortable AND won’t take up any room in your carry-on, check out Tory Burch’s new Minnie travel flats. They look just like the fan favorite Reva flat, but these fold up easily for stowing away in small bags. I have this pair! They were perfect for grabbing cabs in between meetings in NYC!
