How was everyone’s Memorial Day? If you were in Texas, I heard it went a lot like this: more rain, and lots and lots of flooding. There were a lot of sobering videos and photos floating around on Instagram and Facebook of the damage this excess rain and flash flooding caused in Central Texas (specifically Wimberley and Austin).
Since I wasn’t in town for it, I cannot begin to imagine what that was like, but it scared me to my core all the way in California. We spent the better part of yesterday afternoon combing through the news and getting in touch with family and friends in Austin. I hope you all managed to come out of it safe and sound!
I’m thinking about all of you in Wimberley, Austin, and anywhere else that has experienced the wrath of Mother Nature this weekend. I know we’re expecting quite a bit more rain over the next week, so hopefully we can all ride it out without any further loss of life and property damage.
On a lighter note, once the rain dissipates and we actually get some sunshine this summer, I can’t wait to wear things like this embroidered top, these espadrilles, and these gorgeous sunnies! Happy Tuesday!
#9 is stunning, loving all the blue.

I’ll take one of each. Thanks!
In love with this color palette – so sorry to hear about all the devastation in Texas, but glad you are okay!

So sorry to hear about the natural disaster in your home state. Big prayers going out to all of those affected. On a brighter side, I love your color palette here & that stool is to die for.

We got SO much rain up in Kansas City this weekend, but we got lucky and didn’t experience any flooding! The footage down south is crazy. On another note, I just saw these white shorts on someone else’s post today and I love the length of them! Definitely going to have to give them a whirl :)
I love the light blue! Great picks per usual

Prettiest picks as always!!!
Great picks! I really like the dress. On another note it flooded on my street and my yard but I’m thankful to God that tfe water stopped at the front door
This shade of blue is seriously one of my favorites. I have so many things in it – it’s a summer go-to.

The news I’ve been reading are so sad! What a tragedy. Thank Goodness you were in Cali, I can’t believe it’s been raining for a whole month!
Changing the subject, I’ve been all about white and blue lately, love the combo and your picks :)
