Happy Monday, everybody! And why wouldn’t it be? I’m in Paris! AND my family flies in today! I’m grinning from ear to ear as I wait (not so patiently) for them to arrive this afternoon. Since we’ve all been to Paris multiple times, this trip we’re going to live less like tourists and more like locals.

Switching gears a bit to today’s outfit… this look combines so many things I love about this season. I love leather, and I know you’ve heard me say it before – and there’s nothing better than a sleek leather jacket to top off any ensemble throughout fall winter. It gives each outfit an instant cool factor, don’t you think? And the rich, oxblood shade makes it even more interesting. Fringe is another item I’ve gone gaga for this year and with the 70’s trend out in full force for fall, I thought I’d bring along my BCBG skirt from last winter!

Is there such a thing as too much leather? Nah… Leather pieces are timeless and totally worth the investment, but if you’re looking to get luxe pieces like these at a discount, I suggest heading over to THE OUTNET.
