I held out for so long! I expected the trend to pass and the style to go out soon. But it hasn’t, and I just couldn’t help it. I caved and bought these.
Rockstuds aren’t going anywhere. Each season Valentino surprises me with inventive new looks for this trend-turned-classic look. Even though sorbet shades like this are already coming out for Resort and Spring ’16, it only makes sense that I’d choose a sophisticated basic like this black and ivory style. With all the winter white and black I have in my closet, these will be a staple I’ll have for years!
While I probably won’t be buying more than one pair of Rockstuds, I do want to share a few other styles I’m loving right now: the turquoise accents on these sandals are so cute for spring (and perfect for Texas!), the harlequin print on these pumps is feminine and unique, and I still want these Rockstud boots. So chic!
PS – isn’t this Kate Spade dress too cute for words? I love a good bow.
