Today I’m heading down to Austin for a friend’s engagement party! I don’t know why, but it feels like I haven’t been there in forever (even though it’s only been a few weeks). Esther (my Marketing Assistant) and I have been getting so much done these last few weeks, so it feels like a lot of time has passed already!

For the days Esther is working, I like to make an effort and look cute, but I also want to be comfortable all day. This pair of Joie sneakers I received over the holidays has been great for adding a little pizazz to my day-to-day casual ensembles! I’ve worn them a bunch already – who knew metallic sneakers were so versatile?! It’s a pair I can throw on and go without any fuss. They’ll also be a wonderful travel shoe, I reckon!
