This week may be a raining mess here in Dallas, but I’m thinking about those two weeks of truly beautiful weather we had before I flew to Miami. It was even warm enough out for al fresco drinks and dinner! That is unheard of at the end of February. But it gave me the opportunity to pull out one of my new spring purchases for church, so you won’t hear me complaining!

This floral midi has everything I look for in a Sunday getup – it’s an appropriate length while still being flattering, and it comes in a wonderful spring print. I had a hard time deciding which Laura Windsor earrings to pair with it – it was literally a fight to the death between this grey pair and this coral pair. Both match the dress perfectly! You may remember this jacket (styled previously here and here)? I bought it at the start of 2015 and wear it nonstop. It’s such a great weight for these transitional months and travel – the jacket packs very well (practically weightless in that sense) and is great to throw on for dinner or your flight for that extra layer. While this particular color is sold out, this amazing jacket comes in black, olive, a chic nude and a subtle ivory shade. So many fab staples!
