These last few weeks, Texas has been sort of in between seasons. It’ll get pretty warm at the height of the day, but then cool off considerably in the evenings. It’s not quite warm enough to go without a jacket for dinner, so I have a few I’ve been gravitating towards. One of them is this light faux leather jacket (have it in two colors!), and the second is this tailored tweed jacket. I’m personally not a denim jacket gal as I like my ensembles to be a little more elevated vs casual. This particular jacket is a great alternative – it gives me that classic, sophisticated look even for the most casual outfits.

This particular jacket is only $128, so it’s a pretty great deal for your spring-summer wardrobe. It’s the ideal topper for the office, too! While I don’t go into a corporate office, I often have meetings where I need to be somewhat more professionally dressed – in this case, I would wear something like this. It allows me to still show off my style, while keeping things business-appropriate!
