Isn’t this dress darling? It’s got all the ingredients for the perfect summer frock: stripes, a flattering cut, a sweet cutout and a bow! Did I mention this dress also has pockets? What’s not to love?! Stripes are certainly a year-round print, but there’s nothing like a good set of stripes for summer.

Blue is my absolute favorite color, although I don’t wear it that often. Not entirely sure why either, because it looks great on blondes! I love the different shades of blue and aqua stripes on this dress, while the white backdrop keeps it grounded and not too busy. Dress it down on the weekend with flat sandals for brunch, or with pumps for date night or a shower/luncheon! I may not have specific plans for Memorial Day weekend, but I do plan to wear this dress at some point – perhaps for happy hour with the girls!

I love how these Lydia heels match up with the cerulean blue stripe on the dress – it helps tie the whole look together, don’t you think?
