If you’ve caught any of my house updates on Instagram, you’ll know there are a lot of gold accents and details throughout the house! My bathroom + closet hardware, my nightstands, mirrors, my coffee table, an etagere, a tray and more feature a gilded look. I can’t help it! I just love the glamorous touch gold adds to every space, plus I get to be a bit more feminine with my choices as a single girl than I would when decorating with a guy. Gold has certainly permeated my home, and I’m tempted to add some of it to my fall wardrobe as well. This Mark Cross bag in Antique Gold is at the very top of my wish list for the coming season! I’ve been dying to get my hands on one of their bags for nearly a year now, but haven’t had the budget for it with all of my house purchases. I just feel like this little bag would add a fun pop of color and shine to my darker neutrals this fall, don’t you? Obsessed! These pumps would look great with it too…

On a similar note, I’ve had a bunch of people ask recently about when I’m going to be doing a house tour. While I’d love to do one right away, none of the rooms are even close to being done! I’m still waiting on fixtures, fabrics, furniture… the list goes on. Instead of doing one big house tour blog post, I’m going to be doing individual room reveals on the blog. Once a room gets completed, I’ll shoot it and post it on the blog with all the details if you want to shop the items I purchased! I can’t wait to share my house with y’all, but I definitely want the rooms complete before I share a full look at them. Stay tuned!
