Nearly there, folks! I’m so ready for the weekend. My mom arrives today for a few days in Dallas, and I can’t wait to have her here! It’s always fun to show her around town, eat, drink and hopefully do a bit of shopping. As I mentioned earlier this week, I placed a few big orders ahead of our big family trip to the BVI’s in February, but you never know what I might find when shopping in store with my mom. I always find great beach-ready stuff at Trina Turk, so thinking I may make her stop in there with me at Highland Park Village this weekend!

I am traveling to the BVI’s for my honeymoon in March! I would love to know more about where you are staying, what you are doing, and any other recommendations you get from readers. I hear it is very casual there – so any beach to dinner outfits would be great as well!
