As someone who prefers to invest in quality staples I can wear for years over fast fashion I can only wear one season, it’s not often you’ll find me shopping at the likes of H&M, Zara, etc. With that being said, I recently decided to give a few H&M pieces a try that I discovered online – they’ve really been killing it in the neutrals department lately, and with a couple big shoe purchases under my belt it couldn’t hurt to find some budget-friendly clothing items to compensate. I honestly have never had such good results from an H&M try-on before. I kept nearly everything I ordered! Most of the time the fit isn’t right or the fabric feels cheap, but in this case I really struck gold. My very favorite piece I got out of this experimental order was this wide-cut tiered tunic dress! It was under $50, but the fabric, cut and color on this look seems super high end to me. I love the way the skirt moves so fluidly when I walk! This is typically not a silhouette I would buy, as it’s not super flattering on my figure… but I love it so much I don’t even care. It’s so comfortable and an effortless throw-on-and-go piece!
Unfortunately this fab find sold out almost immediately – I’ve been keeping my eye on H&M but it has never come back in stock! If you’re on the hunt for some budget-friendly summer finds, don’t miss this excellent roundup of under $50 neutral favorites!
