Is it just me, or is it more difficult to adjust from a two hour time change than a six hour time change?! I always have more trouble coming back from a week in California than I do coming back from Europe. For some reason, those two hours really get me! It took me forever to go to sleep Sunday night, and did NOT feel rested when I woke up yesterday. Hoping I can get back on schedule in the next day or two!
