Tonight I fly overseas for a week-long trip to London and Germany! I’m so excited to experience Europe during the Christmas season. I’ll be checking out London’s Winter Wonderland, as well as the many Christmas Markets all over Germany. If you can believe it, I’m actually not taking Big Bertha – if you’re unfamiliar, I have an enormous rolling hardcase from Samsonite that is my usual go-to… but since we’ll be hauling our stuff onto a new train every day in Germany I decided to scale back with a smaller bag. Which means I also had to scale back on what I am packing! I’ll be wearing my biggest coat on the plane, per usual, and packing a few pairs of shoes and my bags in my carry-on to allow as much space for actual clothes in my rolling bag.
