In case you missed it on Instagram, I’m working on a big blog post that will go live this Friday in support of the black community and #BlackLivesMatter movement. Instead of trying to get something up quickly just to post, I really want to do my due diligence, research, read and listen. I am also pausing posting my regular content on my Instagram feed and stories through June 7th to help #amplifymelanatedvoices. Check out @blackandembodied and @jessicawilson.msrd for information on this effort! In addition to muting my content on my Instagram feed, I will be sharing black voices that need to be heard in my stories. I’ll also be doing the Speak Up ride with Tunde on Peloton tomorrow night at 6pm – hope you can join me for it!
