One thing I knew I was going to need for the new house was a second king-sized mattress! I purchased one from Mattress Firm four years ago when I moved into my first home, so that one is going to be put in the bigger guest bedroom at the new house. This way, I get to celebrate the move with a fresh mattress for my bedroom! Mattress Firm invited me back to choose a new mattress on the house, which I of course couldn’t pass up! I had no idea what brand of mattress I wanted, so I tried every single one in the store! The only thing I knew I liked was a soft mattress – I’m a side-sleeper and I do not do a firm mattress. While I toyed with the idea of a complete memory foam mattress, I ultimately decided pillow top was the way to go. I just prefer that luxe, bouncy feel! I do want to note that while it is super soft, this mattress is still supportive. I deal with neck pain every once in awhile, so I did need something that wouldn’t have me totally sinking into the mattress. This is it!! I’ve slept on my new Mattress Firm mattress for several nights now and am totally obsessed! I can definitely say I purchased the right one for me. I’m staying comfortable and cool all night long.
