Exciting news y’all! Last week I decided to finally order the Peloton Tread+! I’ve been wanting a treadmill for forever, but at the old house I didn’t have enough space and it just didn’t make sense with my garage being my “gym”. Now that I’ve moved into the new house and have a dedicated indoor gym space, I’m ready to complete it! Peloton announced recently that they’re launching a newer, less expensive treadmill early next year. I looked into that and some other treadmill brands before making a decision, but ultimately decided the Peloton Tread+ (the original!) is what I wanted. As someone who gets shin splints from running, the shock-absorbing slats on the Tread+ are what sold me. The newer tread is smaller (both running space and screen size) and the running belt is like a traditional treadmill (no slats). Unlike my bike which took six weeks to get delivered this spring (they have been overwhelmed with orders in the pandemic!), I placed the Peloton Tread+ order last Monday (November 9th) and it was delivered just one week later on Monday, November 16th! I was not expecting that, but I’m thrilled to have it so fast. Now that I have the tread, bike and the app for everything else, my workout options at home are quite literally endless! I’m so so excited to be able to do the Peloton bootcamps, running and walking classes now. Since I just got the tread a few days ago I can’t give you a review on it just yet, but once I’ve used it for several weeks I’ll report back. I ordered a weight rack that should be here sometime this week, but my weights are all lined up on the floor in the meantime. Also need to do something about the cords, but not super worried about it! Some of the items in my gym are sold out, so I linked similar items where necessary!

PS: this leopard puffer from Amazon is AMAZING! It’s only $64 and available in several solid colors as well. It’s true to size, but I sized up to a medium so I could style it over thicker sweaters and sweatshirts this winter!
