If there’s one thing I’ve gotten really good at in 2020, it’s lounging. I’ve taken rest and relaxation to a new level in the last couple of weeks after spraining my ankle though! I’ve barely worked out since it happened, except for a couple of arm + ab Peloton workouts… it’s the first real time I’ve taken off of working out in *years*. As someone who thrives on a schedule and feels lazy if I’m not doing something, this ankle sprain has been quite the disruption to my day-to-day life! While it’s definitely thrown me for a loop, I’m actually kind of grateful for the break. I’m going to do my best to take it easy for the rest of 2020, so I can start 2021 refreshed and ready to take on the new year.
