These past few days I’ve had my Mom and Morris in town for a visit, which has been so much fun! I was able to give him his Father’s Day gifts before the blog post went live yesterday, so their trip to Dallas was perfect timing. I’ve taken them to all my current favorite restaurants while they’ve been here: Georgie on Sunday, lunch at R+D with my mom yesterday, Yo Lobster last night and tonight we’re going to Parigi! Lots of great meals have been had, and yesterday my mom and I spent the day shopping around Highland Park Village. I didn’t actually buy anything, but it’s always fun to look! I also took her to check out the new Restoration Hardware store. I always love having them in town!
