Is everyone gearing up for 4th of July weekend?! I can’t remember if I mentioned this already… but I’m going to Carmel at the end of next week, so I’m staying put for the fourth! I didn’t want to have to board Reeses back to back, and most of my friends will be in Dallas anyway. My girlfriends and I have a fun dinner planned on Friday night, followed by some pool time on Saturday and a house party Sunday! Should be a great weekend!

Truth be told, I can’t wait for Carmel next week. I’m ready for cooler temps and fresh seafood! It’ll be so nice to escape the heat and have a change of scenery, plus a break from work for a few days. Plus, we’ll be celebrating my birthday while I’m there (on the 11th) which is always fun!
