A couple of big things are happening this week! For one, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens to the public TOMORROW! That means all of you who don’t have a Nordstrom card will finally be able to shop! The second big thing happening this week is my coffee table is getting delivered on Friday!! It’s earlier than I expected to get it too, which is very exciting. My coffee table was the last thing I needed to complete my living space, so I’m thrilled it’s finally here! I still have to find pieces for my breakfast area (table and chairs), as well as counter stools for my kitchen island… but progress is progress. I’m so glad I’ll finally be able to entertain now that my living space will be complete! I feel like I’ve spent all of my money on furniture and home projects these last several months (honestly this last year!), and still have a lot to do and buy. I may table some of those purchases for awhile though, as it would be nice to not have an eyebrow-raising credit card bill for a few months.
I can’t wait to see the final look!
Nordstrom’s annual fall sale is always a disappointment for us non-influencer’s or other “special level” shoppers. By the time the sale opens up to the rest of us (yes, even card holders), almost all “average” sizes are out of stock, and there’s just not much else left. I don’t even bother with a wish list anymore, because the items I choose are “not available”, by the time the sale opens up to the general public. Sorry to sound so negative, but, I’m sure I’m not alone on this.

I’m sorry to hear that! You actually don’t have to be an influencer or a certain level to shop Early Access, you simply have to get a Nordstrom card (there’s no minimum spend – I rarely use my card). I got my card days before the sale two years ago and still was able to get Early Access (it had nothing to do with being an influencer). Like many retailers, Nordstrom offers special early access/offers to cardmembers first for sales like this. With that said, I understand it must be frustrating to have things sell out!
