Happy Tuesday! I had the best low key weekend. I got to see a few girlfriends on Friday, had a super chill Saturday, took Reeses to Mutt’s and met my friend’s new puppy Sunday… and I cooked two of my favorite fall meals! It was perfectly relaxing and just what I needed. This week isn’t super crazy, but with Texas vs OU happening this weekend, I know Dallas is going to be wild! Liza and I are going to hit up the State Fair on Wednesday, and I can’t wait to munch on some of my favorite fried treats. My usual go to eats are a Fletcher’s corny dog (mustard only!!), and fried oreos… but I’m definitely eager to try “The Armadillo”. I just love the State Fair and can’t wait to experience it again after not having it last year!
