Halloween is over and the holidays are stepping into the spotlight! I’m definitely seeing it in all of my favorite stores right now too… sequins, feathers, velvet, eye-catching embellishments galore! I don’t have any specific parties coming up at the moment, but I am going to opening night of the Austin Opera’s Barber of Seville this weekend! My mom and I are going to see my high school friend Lauren perform (she’s incredible!). We’ll also be attending the champagne toast/after party, so I’ll definitely need a pretty ensemble for the evening! I’m not sure I’ll be donning sequins, but thinking I might opt for leather pants, these heels and my Jonathan Simkhai top.
